Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• 7+ years of commercial real estate experience with a focus on financing, acquisitions, and complex transactions.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate documents.
• Lead and manage real estate financing transactions from origination to closing.
• Conduct due diligence, analyze title surveys, and mitigate risks.
• Advise on real estate structures, regulatory issues, and best practices.
• Coordinate with lenders, investors, brokers, and vendors to ensure timely closings.
• Manage deal timelines, closing checklists, and post-closing documentation.
• Provide strategic counsel on leasing, asset management, and related matters as needed.
