Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Sr. Commercial Real Estate Attorney in Baltimore, MD to lead sophisticated transactions from LOI through closing. You’ll handle acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and entity structuring for high-stakes properties.

You’ll work directly with clients, manage matters independently, and collaborate with a tight, high-performing team on multifamily, senior housing and commercial investment projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of substantial CRE transactional experience at a law firm.
• Bar admission in Maryland, active and in good standing; DC/VA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage CRE transactions from LOI through closing.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, loan docs, leases, and related closing documents.
• Structure and document joint ventures and ownership entities.
• Lead due diligence including title, survey, zoning, and environmental review.
• Advise on multifamily, senior housing, and commercial investment projects.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, lenders, brokers, and opposing counsel.
