Jobot is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with a strong background in real estate financing to join our client’s team in Bethesda, MD on a hybrid path toward partnership.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive CRE experience, manage complex transactions, and collaborate with business leaders to provide strategic legal guidance across a wide range of real estate matters.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CRE experience, with a focus on financing and complex deals.
• Experience managing transactions from origination to closing.
• Strong negotiation and client advisory abilities.
• Excellent analytical and communications skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate documents, including loans and leases.
• Lead and manage real estate financing transactions from start to close.
• Conduct due diligence and identify title issues and risks.
• Advise on real estate structures, regulatory matters, and best practices.
• Coordinate with lenders, investors, brokers, and vendors to close deals.
• Oversee timelines, closing checklists, and post-closing documentation.
• Provide strategic counsel on leasing, property management, and asset management.
