Qualifications

• Senior level experience in commercial real estate transactions including sales, financing, acquisitions and dispositions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements and complex CRE contracts.
• Advising clients on debt and equity financing matters.
• Representing clients through due diligence, negotiation and closing of transactions.
• Ability to work with other attorneys and professionals to serve clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRE transactions including sales, financing, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and development.
• Draft, negotiate and review complex commercial real estate agreements and contracts.
• Represent clients in all aspects of CRE transactions from due diligence to closing.
• Advise on debt and equity financing terms and structures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive client service.
• Stay updated on CRE law and market trends and inform clients accordingly.
• Engage in business development to grow the firm's CRE practice.
