Job summary

Jobot in Boston seeks an experienced attorney to join our growing commercial real estate practice. You will handle high‑value transactions for business clients, investors, developers, lenders, and property owners, with autonomy and direct client engagement.

The role requires a Juris Doctor and at least 7 years of CRE transactional experience, plus strong drafting and negotiation skills. A collaborative team environment supports mentorship and business development within a long‑term growth

Qualifications

Significant experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Experience advising clients on acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing matters.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing.
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, development agreements, and related transactional documents.
Advise clients on due diligence, title matters, land use considerations, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Coordinate with lenders, consultants, government agencies, and other stakeholders throughout transactions.
Structure and negotiate complex real estate investments and financing arrangements.
Provide strategic legal counsel regarding acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing matters.
Cultivate and maintain client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.
Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys and other members of the legal team.
