Job summary

Fulton Bank is recruiting a senior commercial real estate appraiser review professional to independently review commercial appraisal reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, technical adequacy, and credible conclusions.

You will collaborate with appraisers, provide valuation guidance to lending teams, participate in engagement scoping, and contribute to ongoing improvements in valuation methodologies and risk management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, or finance.
5+ years in commercial appraisal/review.
State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser credential required.

Responsibilities

Perform commercial appraisal reviews for regulatory compliance and credible conclusions.
Determine reliability of valuation products for bank use and document findings.
Collaborate with appraisers to resolve issues and obtain credible reports.
Provide valuation guidance to lending staff supporting decisions.
Engage in engagement scoping and valuation support functions.
Contribute to improving valuation practices and risk management.
Maintain professional competency through continuing education.
