Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking a Commercial Valuation Appraiser to perform and oversee commercial appraisal reviews and related valuation activities in support of the bank's CRE valuation function.

This full-time role can be remote, with focal responsibilities including regulatory compliance, technical adequacy, and collaboration with appraisers to resolve valuation issues. You will provide valuation guidance to staff, manage appraisal engagements, and contribute to process improvements while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial appraisal experience.
• State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser certification.
• Knowledge of USPAP and appraisal standards.

Responsabilités

• Review commercial appraisal reports for regulatory compliance and credibility.
• Collaborate with appraisers to resolve valuation issues and ensure credible reports.
• Provide valuation guidance to bank staff to support lending decisions.
• Oversee appraisal engagement and scoping to ensure proper valuation solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of valuation processes and risk management.
