Kable Workforce Solutions is seeking a Senior Appraisal Review Officer to manage the end-to-end valuation process for commercial properties and ensure compliance with USPAP, FIRREA, and bank policies. The role involves coordinating with vendors, mentoring staff, and maintaining department standards.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, a professional designation or progress toward one, and extensive experience in commercial property appraisal and review across diverse asset types.

Competenze

• Ten years' experience with commercial property appraisal and review.
• Ability to manage end-to-end valuation processes and engage with vendors.
• Experience ensuring compliance with USPAP, FIRREA, and bank policies.
• Leadership and supervisory experience in a real estate valuation team.
• Proficiency in environmental assessment reporting and related policies.

Mansioni

• Perform reviews of appraisal reports for all property types to ensure market values are credible and compliant with regulations.
• Manage valuation process end-to-end and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely reports.
• Assist management in achieving department goals and maintain turn-around times.
• Maintain SOX controls and communicate with executives across departments.
• Mentor and train team members and develop departmental procedures.
