Job summary

Newmark Group in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Appraiser to prepare complete appraisal reports independently on complex properties, conduct full market value assessments, inspect sites, and participate in client meetings.

The candidate should hold a Certified General Appraiser License, a real estate or related degree, 3–6 years CRE experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and be proficient with Argus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate or related field; MS/MBA preferred.
• Certified General Appraiser License required.
• 3–6 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete appraisal reports independently on complex properties.
• Conduct complete appraisals to establish market value for commercial properties.
• Inspect properties and review reports; engage in client meetings.
• Write appraisal and appraisal reviews with accuracy and clarity.
• Maintain knowledge of government regulations, zoning laws, and appraisal standards.
• Utilize Argus and other valuation software as needed.
