Newmark is seeking a Senior Real Estate Appraiser in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In this role, you will lead complex valuations of commercial, industrial, and multifamily properties, ensuring compliance with USPAP standards. Your responsibilities include preparing detailed appraisal reports, conducting market research, and mentoring junior staff.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree, a Certified General Appraiser License, and 3-6 years of commercial appraisal experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as well as familiarity with Argus software. This position offers a normal working environment free of disagreeable elements.

Senior Real Estate Appraiser leads and completes complex commercial, industrial, multifamily, and specialty type valuations, from scope definition through delivery of USPAP‑compliant reports for the purpose of mortgage underwriting, acquisition/disposition, portfolio analysis, financial reporting purposes, estate purposes, dispute resolution and other intended uses.
