The position is full-time with a standard weekday schedule and occasional after-hours needs. The Senior Commercial Property Manager will manage budgets, tenant relations, and leasing activities, while coordinating with contractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or related field.
• Five or more years of experience in commercial property management.
• One or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to travel locally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to assigned commercial real estate portfolio and ensure profitability.
• Develop and implement property budgets, marketing campaigns, and maintenance plans.
• Coordinate tenant onboarding, rent collection, lease administration, and relations.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and coordinate with authorities.
