Job summary

Tailwind Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager to oversee an assigned portfolio, ensuring operations meet company standards and profitability. You will provide exceptional tenant service, maintain property files, coordinate budgets, and lead lease negotiations from our Excelsior or Mankato, MN offices.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in commercial property management, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in commercial property management.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with tenants and stakeholders.
• Monitor commercial sites for curb appeal and organization.
• Develop and maintain tenant relationships and coordinate requests.
• Manage onboarding for new tenants and coordinate rents and lease expectations.
• Review lease agreements and adjust rents as needed.
• Coordinate property budgets, marketing, and capital projects.
• Ensure properties are adequately insured and manage risk.
