Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Demonstrated commercial and retail leasing experience.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cash-flow, and financial statements.
• Proven lease and contract negotiation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Yardi experience preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field preferred.
• CPM, RPA, or other commercial real estate designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties in retail, office, and industrial sectors.
• Oversee rent collection, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Identify leasing opportunities and negotiate lease terms.
• Develop relationships with tenants, brokers, and vendors.
• Monitor property condition, vendor performance, and capital improvements.
• Prepare financial statements and analyze property performance.
• Coordinate property inspections and oversee maintenance activities.
