Omninet Capital LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager in Commerce, CA. The role manages all phases of property operations, leads a team, coordinates tenant relations, and ensures compliance with leases and budgets.

Strong leadership, financial analysis, and communication skills are essential to deliver exceptional tenant experiences. The position is onsite in Commerce, CA with a competitive compensation range and a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in Commercial Property Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to critical issues.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of each property and supervision of staff.
• Manage and lead a team including PMs, Assist PMs and Property Admins.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and walk-throughs.
• Review and submit tenant move-out financials to Corporate.
• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and complete reports.
• Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses.
• Forecast management plans and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Work with Property Accountants to ensure accurate accounting deliverables and rent roll accuracy.
• Responsible for reviewing leases in Yardi and maintaining rent roll accuracy.
