Qualifications

• 1–5 years of commercial property management experience.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Excellent writing and professional communication.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring an excellent tenant experience
• Assist with property budget, vendors’ scope of work and bidding and approval of operating expenses
• Promote efficiencies and cost reduction initiatives to improve the financial performance of the property while ensuring excellent service to the tenants
• Keep day-to-day monitoring of service vendor performances to assure full compliance with scope of work established in the service agreements
• Assist with capital and tenant improvement projects
• Work with outside vendors, including architects, engineers, and contractors
• Assist in coordinating maintenance programs relating to the condition and appearance of the property
• Responsible for prompt and positive response to requests from property tenants, assess tenant needs and assure problems are being solved promptly
