Job summary

Stream Realty Partners in Chicago, IL is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to deliver first-class property management services and support a Property Manager in overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties.

You will assist with building operations, tenant relations, vendor coordination, budgeting, reporting, and lease compliance while upholding Stream’s Smart, Honest, Nice, and Passionate values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years in Commercial Property Management preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication with tenants/vendors.
• Experience using real estate software (Yardi, MRI, AvidXchange or similar).
• Basic accounting knowledge and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Property Managers to resolve building operations issues.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure service contract compliance.
• Assist with vendor contracts and lease compliance tasks.
• Support budgeting, monthly reporting, and operating expense reconciliations.
• Assist in planning tenant events and coordinating move-ins/move-outs.
