Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with tenants, vendors, teammates, and management.
• Expertise in preparing annual budgets, variance reporting, and CAM reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a ~200,000 sq ft Class A office building in downtown Long Beach.
• Develop, manage, and adhere to annual operating budgets, forecasts, and capital plans.
