You will drive team development, budgeting, and tenant relations while coordinating with leasing, construction, legal and executive leadership to maximize asset value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial real estate with leasing Class A assets.
• Experience in property operations, construction oversight and asset management.
• CPM or RPA certification preferred; college degree highly preferable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Aero Long Beach property management team with focus on growth and accountability.
• Oversee Senior/Property Manager roles, set priorities and ensure tenant service standards.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and variance analysis; monitor operating expenses and capital projects.
• Lead rent collections, lease compliance and accounts receivable reporting.
• Coordinate with leasing, construction, legal, security and executive teams to optimize asset performance.
• Maintain relationships with investors, brokers and municipal stakeholders; report progress to leadership.
