Job summary

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, a state real estate license, 5+ years of property management experience, and proficiency with MRI/Yardi and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• State Real Estate license required.
• CPM and/or RPA designations or in progress.
• Minimum 5 years of property management experience in commercial settings.
• Strong financial acumen and vendor contract management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of managing a commercial building, from operations to tenant relations.
• Develop operating and capital budgets; track variances and CAM reconciliations.
• Coordinate and manage vendor contracts and procurement.
• Lead leasing and client team meetings; ensure open communication.
• Provide leadership and development for team members and maintain confidentiality.
