Responsibilities

• Lease administration across the portfolio: execution, renewals, amendments, expirations.
• Tenant relations as primary contact for commercial tenants and retention.
• Vendor and maintenance management: oversee contracts and maintenance coordination.
• Budgeting and financial reporting: prepare budgets, monitor expenses, deliver monthly reports.
