Sierra Piedmont Engineers & Geologists (Atlanta-Metro) is seeking to add experienced PCA professionals to our growing Property Condition Assessment team. This role requires 3–10 years of equity-level commercial property assessment experience and an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.

• Equity-level commercial property assessments using Word templates or Quire.
• 3–10 years of equity-level commercial property assessment experience.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide 1–3 days, 3-4 times per month.
• Ability to document field activities via field notes and photos.
• Adherence to deadlines and budgets while working in a fast-paced environment.
