Sierra Piedmont Engineers & Geologists, serving the Atlanta metro area, seeks an experienced PCA professional to join our growing team. The role requires equity-level commercial property assessment experience and a related degree. The candidate should live near Roswell, GA or be open to relocation.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong report writing, field documentation, and the ability to travel nationwide 1–3 days at a time, 3–4 times monthly, while delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of equity-level commercial property assessment experience.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• Ability to travel nationwide 1–3 days, 3–4 times per month.
• Excellent written reports and field documentation skills.
• Ability to meet aggressive due dates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Document field activities via field notes and photographs.
• Craft reports that clearly communicate observations and risks for the client.
• Complete Reserve Tables and related deliverables.
• Collaborate with team to ensure superior client experience.
• Relocate proximity to Roswell, GA office or accommodate relocation.

Sierra Piedmont Engineers & Geologists (Atlanta-Metro) is seeking to add additional, experienced, talent to our rapidly growing Property Condition Assessment (PCA) team. This is an important position within our company, requiring 3-10 years of equity-level commercial property assessment work experience along with an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering. The right candidate will be a great multi-tasker, have a high energy level, and a strong work ethic.

Required Skills, Experience and Attributes
