Job summary

Dominion Group, a Knoxville-based real estate development firm, seeks an experienced Project Manager/Owner's Representative for restaurant and commercial builds. You will coordinate general contractors, vendors, and consultants through preconstruction, permitting, and build-out while protecting financial, schedule, and quality interests.

The role offers growth within Dominion’s development pipeline and cross-functional exposure across premier projects in the southeastern US.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive, hands-on construction leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong communication with trades, operations teams, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the construction management of one or more projects.
• Own procurement, contracting, and cost control throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage buildouts from design to closeout, including scheduling and quality control.
• Provide leadership to the project team and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Represent Dominion’s interests between ownership, contractors, architects, and inspectors.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver on time and on budget.
