Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required in Engineering, Construction, Surveying, or Real Estate.
• Combination of relevant education and relevant experience accepted.
• Four years of progressively responsible experience in the area of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings for minimum requirements and pass plans to Plan Reviewers.
• Educate customers and employees on processes to submit plans.
• Ensure Commercial Plan Review plans meet minimum submittal guidelines and formatting.
• Provide final acceptance of plans to be submitted for plan review.
• Gather and compile information for contractors.
