Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a Commercial Paving Project Manager & Estimator to lead complex paving projects from bid to closeout. You will analyze sites, review specs, develop cost estimates, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and field teams to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes strategic bid development, multi-project management, and strong communication to drive growth and customer satisfaction in the Oklahoma/Tulsa market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management preferred.
• 5+ years in construction, paving, and estimating.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define scope using blueprints and specs; prepare takeoffs and estimates.
• Create detailed estimates for self-performed work.
• Manage bid opportunities and evaluate subcontractor quotes.
• Lead client engagement and project scheduling from bid to closeout.
• Oversee milestones, safety practices, and cost control.
