Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional for a senior sales-support role in our Bristol, VA area retail environment. The position focuses on profitable growth of the commercial business through customer retention and expansion, partnering with the GM to supervise team members and coordinate deliveries.

Candidates should have automotive parts knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• A proven track record in meeting sales goals and customer service objectives.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
