Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional to support the commercial side of our business. This role focuses on profitable growth through customer retention and expansion, and partners with the GM to oversee Team Members.

The ideal candidate has automotive parts knowledge and the ability to source from multiple channels and coordinate driver deliveries. Responsibilities include maintaining commercial relationships, achieving sales targets, supervising staff, and collaborating on coaching.

Qualifications

• Minimum of education: High school diploma or GED.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Prior automotive parts experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are met.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
