Job summary

Amazon Manufacturing Services (AMS) seeks a Sr. Commercial Operations Manager to own the engine that connects AMS capabilities to customers. You will lead the commercial team, own order sequencing and customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across prototyping and managed order projects.

You will oversee quoting, scheduling, and delivery, ensuring rapid prototyping SLAs, and build scalable processes to scale AMS services across Amazon business lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or similar STEM field.
• 7+ years in manufacturing, with exposure to production ops or customer-facing commercial functions.
• 3+ years in commercial operations: managing a sales/order funnel and accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and trade off under capacity constraints without escalating routine issues.
• Track record of holding a team to measurable service commitments.

Responsibilities

• Own full order lifecycle from intake to delivery, including quoting and scheduling.
• Drive quoting and Estimation turnaround to meet dates.
• Manage rapid prototyping SLA with >95% on-time performance.
• Own customer relationships from order acceptance to delivery.
• Grow account revenue across new prototyping and managed order projects.
• Develop and execute marketing and branding strategy for AMS services.
