• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years' workout experience on the most complex commercial credits, or 11 years combined education and work experience.
• Knowledge of Commercial Insolvency, including Bankruptcy Court proceedings.
• Strong credit and analytical skills; detailed oriented; excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Borrowers' and Guarantors' financial statements and 13 week cash flows to measure performance and adherence to covenants.
• Work with Credit Quality Assurance on portfolio changes impacting PD ratings or charge-offs.
• Coordinate with counsel in bankruptcy and court proceedings as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments, financial institutions, and vendors to obtain portfolio information.
• Represent the Bank in civic/community activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
