Responsibilities

• Analyze Borrowers’ and Guarantors’ financial statements and 13 week cash flows to monitor performance and covenants.
• Coordinate with Credit Quality Assurance on PD ratings and charge-off needs.
• Engage with counsel and manage bankruptcy or court proceedings as applicable.
• Collaborate with internal departments, financial institutions, and vendors for portfolio information.
• Represent the Bank in civic/community activities and maintain risk controls.
• Promote belonging and reflect M&T Bank branding in the workplace.
• Maintain internal control standards and respond to audits and regulators.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
