Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
• 5+ years experience with commercial loan operations.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and banking systems.
• Experience with Syndicated and Commercial loan products.
• Ability to coordinate across Line of Business, Underwriting and Loan Operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive credit onboarding from application through closing.
• Manage multiple credit applications with status tracking.
• Coordinate client outreach to collect documentation.
• Review loan docs and anticipate workflow challenges.
• Ensure due diligence materials are received and respond to inquiries.
• Provide primary contact for application status inquiries.
• Prepare commitment letters aligned with credit terms.
• Own the process to ensure timely, high-quality closings.
• Coordinate loan documentation and preclosing QC.
• Communicate with clients, Relationship Managers, and back-office teams.
