Job summary

Marquette Bank in Orland Park, IL seeks a Commercial Loan Associate II to provide high-touch support to commercial clients, coordinating between Loan Operations, Treasury Solutions, and Deposit Operations. The role requires understanding of documentation and perfection requirements for commercial mortgages, loans, and equipment finance.

You will determine required documents reflecting negotiated terms, prepare loan files, and deliver excellent service with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Two-year college certificate or equivalent experience in Commercial Lending preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret commercial loan and legal documents.
• Professional demeanor and communication skills to assist internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily loan inquiries and processing tasks for commercial clients.
• Assist loan officers by preparing packages, data entry, and tracking invoices.
• Monitor loan stages in the origination system to ensure timelines.
• Coordinate closing documents with borrowers, title companies, and attorneys.
• Ensure compliance with HMDA, LAR, NFIP and bank procedures.
