Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage Loan Closings, including reviewing documents and coordinating with counsel.
• Coordinate closing calls and ensure loan documents align with approvals.
• Review environmental reports and coordinate related checks.
• Maintain portfolio data and communicate with clients on banking issues.
• Lead at least one Senior Commercial Banking Solutions Assistant.
