Job summary
Columbia Bank is seeking a Commercial Banking Onboarding Specialist in Denver, CO. You will lead onboarding for new commercial relationships and manage ongoing client connections in partnership with the Relationship Team to ensure an exceptional experience.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in banking, loan administration and documentation.
- Experience with complex commercial lending and construction loans.
- Strong knowledge of title, UCC searches, and loan closings.
- Proficient in regulatory compliance and audits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to train/mentor staff.
Responsibilities
- Onboards commercial customers and manages ongoing relationships.
- Assists underwriting, documentation, and closing of complex loans.
- Prepares data input and files for servicing systems and audits.
- Negotiates documents with attorneys to protect the bank's interests.
- Monitors loan conditions and ensures timely closings.
- Resolves customer issues with bank products and services.
- Keeps funds and GL certification up to date.
- Reviews title insurance and UCC searches for compliance.
- Stays updated on banking regulations and policies.
- Mentors others and promotes Columbia culture.
