Qualifications

• J.D. with superior academic credentials.
• 5+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Active New York Bar admission (non-negotiable).
• New York State court experience — real courtroom time, not just docket management.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and motions.
• Prepare discovery and handle discovery disputes.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear before New York state and federal courts and in arbitrations.
• Day-to-day case and client management, with independent and team work.
