Leoforce is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Trial Attorney with a strong track record in complex matters, including real estate disputes, business torts, and insolvency-related litigation, to join its Florida office.

The ideal candidate will handle cases from inception through trial, lead as first-chair or second-chair, and develop strategies aligned with client objectives while expanding existing relationships and contributing to firm growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of litigation experience with significant trial exposure.
• Demonstrated experience in complex commercial matters and real estate disputes.
• Portable book of business (target typically $500K+) and ability to independently manage cases and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of complex litigation from pre-suit through trial and appeal.
• Serve as first-chair or second-chair trial counsel in state and federal courts
• Handle a diverse caseload including real estate litigation, business torts, and insolvency-related matters
• Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with client objectives; grow existing client relationships.
