Leoforce is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join a boutique litigation team in a fast-paced environment. You will handle complex commercial disputes, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and prepare for trial.

The role requires strong writing, research, and client-management abilities along with a proven deposition track record. We value independent contributors who work well with others, maintain professionalism under pressure, and stay current on legal developments.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial or business litigation experience.
• Proven track record of depositing testimony and depositions.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and client management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to handle high case volume and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of litigation including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial prep and trial.
• Conduct depositions of parties and expert witnesses.
• Engage in construction litigation and advise on related matters.
• Develop and execute litigation strategy with partners and clients.
• Provide legal advice on risks and opportunities to clients.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Stay current with changes in the law and inform team and clients.
