Qualifications

• Minimum $250K in portable business.
• New York Bar Admission.
• First-chair business/commercial litigation experience.
• Established client relationships that will follow you to the firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business and commercial disputes from inception through trial in state and federal courts.
• Serve as relationship partner for existing clients and originate new business.
• Direct case strategy, motion practice, depositions, and trial work.
• Mentor associates and collaborate across practice groups to expand client relationships.
