• Manage and support commercial litigation matters through all phases from case inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents.
• Participate in depositions, court appearances, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel.
• Stay current on legal developments affecting clients and litigation strategy.
