Jobot in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Litigation Partner to lead complex business and commercial disputes from inception through trial, with a hybrid remote work arrangement in Buffalo and a statewide platform to support growth.

You will serve as relationship partner for existing clients, originate new business, and direct case strategy across state and federal courts, mentoring associates and coordinating with other offices.

We represent insurers, businesses, school districts, municipalities, and public entities in state and federal courts throughout the state. Our practice spans commercial litigation, insurance defense and coverage, New York Labor Law, construction, toxic torts, and employment, which makes us one of the most comprehensive litigation platforms in New York. We’re adding a commercial litigator with an established book to our Buffalo office: a partner who wants to grow their practice with the support of a full statewide platform.
