Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 5+ years paralegal/commercial litigation experience.
• Experience with state and federal E-file systems.
• Proficient in Adobe Pro and MS Office suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage calendars and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organization of client materials and attorney work product.
• Perform administrative tasks and facilitate discovery and court filings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and general correspondence.
• Maintain group and individual calendars for attorneys, including hearings and deadlines.
• Assist in trial preparation and mediation/arbitration notebooks.
• Communicate with court clerks and manage electronic filing platforms.
