Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managing written and document discovery.
• Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, pleadings, and motions.
• Handling dispositive and non-dispositive motion practice.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Assisting with witness preparation.
• Supporting trial preparation, case strategy, and broader dispute management.
• Working closely with partners and clients on significant commercial matters.
