Qualifications

5+ years experience in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Agency with underwriting knowledge.
State Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within timeframe.
Industry designations (ARM, CIC, CPCU) or intent to pursue.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Proficient with MS Office and internet-based apps.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inside service for new and existing clients via sales, account development and problem solving.
Understand USI ONE Advantage and contribute to strategies in meetings.
Respond to client information requests and manage renewal expirations.
Maintain accurate client files and documentation per workflows and best practices.
Lead and develop a team of 2+ employees; conduct performance reviews and development plans.
Monitor KPI reporting and ensure timely renewals and invoicing.
Perform periodic quality audits and manage workloads and backlog.
Interact with clients, carriers, vendors, and colleagues to achieve business goals.
