Insurica in Norman, OK seeks a Commercial Lines Team Lead to oversee department staff, manage service delivery, and act as an account manager on assigned accounts. You will help plan, delegate, and ensure customer satisfaction while developing training and performance programs.

The role requires 5–7 years of commercial lines experience with 2–4 years of supervision, plus a P&C license and preferably CPCU/CIC. Strong leadership, communication, and systems skills are essential.

Formación

• 5-7 years of commercial lines experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Property and Casualty license preferred.
• 4 year degree preferred.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Commercial Lines Department, planning, delegating, organizing and maintaining quality standards.
• Supervise daily activities, monitor productivity, and manage time off.
• Prepare and deliver performance evaluations and training programs.
• Develop workflow, procedures, and policies with the Branch Operations Manager.
• Evaluate and select appropriate commercial carriers and maintain carrier relations.
• Respond to client and company requests and market business with producers.
