Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial lines client management experience.
• Current California insurance license is required.
• Residence in California or Mountain Time Zone; Southern California preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the new business and renewal process from start to finish
• Build marketing plans, prepare submissions to carriers, and negotiate coverage terms and pricing
• Review contracts and leases and advise clients on risk and compliance
• Handle account servicing as needed, including certificates, binders, endorsements, and auto ID cards
• Supervise, train, and support the client service team
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers
