Job summary

The Jonus Group in Omaha, NE is seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts from $500K to $1MM in premium. You will provide servicing, marketing, and strong client relationships to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and market submissions to carriers. Proficiency with EPIC software is required, and a active P&C license plus 2+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial lines account management; 4+ years preferred.
• Proficiency with EPIC software is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Handle day-to-day servicing of accounts, including policy changes, renewals, and endorsements.
• Market accounts to carriers to secure competitive pricing and coverage options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members.
• Provide expert advice and solutions to meet clients' insurance needs.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage client information and documentation efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
