You will manage relationships, quote new and renewal business, collaborate with producers, and maintain HawkSoft records. A Property & Casualty license is required; 5–10+ years of experience and proficiency with HawkSoft are

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 5–10+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.
• Experience with mid-sized business accounts preferred.
• Proficient in agency management software (HawkSoft or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of mid market commercial lines accounts.
• Oversee renewals and retention to ensure client satisfaction.
• Quote new and renewal business as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with producers and other account managers.
• Maintain accurate agency records in HawkSoft.
