Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking experienced Commercial Lines Account Managers in Massachusetts to join a growing insurance agency. You will handle full-cycle account management for Small Business or Mid-Market accounts, including quoting, renewals, endorsements, and client servicing.

Qualified candidates will have strong commercial insurance knowledge, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to superior service.

Responsibilities

• Provide A-Z account management and servicing for an assigned portfolio of Commercial Lines clients.
• Manage Small Business or Mid-Market accounts based on experience and expertise.
• Handle all aspects of account servicing, including quoting new business, processing renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
• Prepare and review insurance proposals, applications, and policy documentation.
• Collaborate with producers to support client retention, account growth, and new business opportunities.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of policies, endorsements, and renewals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal teams.
• Utilize AMS360 for account management, documentation, and workflow tracking.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with agency procedures and industry regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving coverage-related concerns.
