Job summary

Cross Insurance in Armonk, NY is seeking an Account Manager to service commercial lines policies, renewals, and develop client relationships with underwriters and services centers. You will work to meet annual sales goals while staying current on products and market trends.

Ideal candidates have a Property & Casualty license and 5–7 years of Middle Market experience, plus strong communication skills and proficiency with AMS360 and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience handling Commercial Lines Middle Market Accounts.
• Maintain a Property & Casualty license and complete ongoing CE.
• Servicing and selling commercial insurance products to clients.
• Ability to meet annual sales goals and retain accounts.
• Proficient with AMS360 and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written, oral and phone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Servicing commercial lines policies (new and renewal).
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, underwriters, and professionals.
• Follow approved procedures and codes in AMS360.
• Process payments and record activity notes in AMS360.
• Provide quality customer service and proactive account retention.
• Stay up to date on insurance products and market trends.
