Are you a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with a knack for developing and maintaining client relationships? We are seeking a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong background in commercial lines insurance policy renewals, policy analysis, COI, customer service and account management. This role will be instrumental in driving our company's growth and success by providing top-notch service to our clients and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Managing a book of commercial lines business, including property, casualty, and other lines of coverage.
2. Overseeing the renewal process for existing clients and ensuring they are provided with the most suitable coverage.
3. Conducting thorough policy analysis to identify gaps in coverage and advising clients on necessary changes.
4. Issuing certificates and endorsements as required.
5. Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
6. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent service.
7. Working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
8. Staying updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and new products to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines, property, casualty, renewals, policy analysis, certificates, endorsements, customer service, account management, and client services.
2. Proven track record of managing a large book of commercial lines business and maintaining strong client relationships.
3. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough policy analysis.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in using insurance industry software and technology.
7. A P&C license is required.
